In Physical Education class, we strongly implement physical fitness activities at the beginning of our lesson. We focus on their cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength and flexibility. Students from have their own record of their process. And also, they are learning a variety of sports such as futsal, handball and frisbee this semester.
