CISM Running Club

Through the initiative of our President, Ms. Feli Atienza, the staff and faculty of CISM has organized a running club, consisting of 20 teachers and staff.  Training commenced last Monday, September 02, with part 1 of a workshop seminar conducted by Coach Lit Onrubia.  Coach Lit practices the principles of  Chi Running® , an approach developed by Danny Dreyer, which he describes as “a revolutionary approach to effortless and injury-free running and fitness walking that are applicable to all people regardless of fitness level or experience.”  CISM running club is part of the health and wellness program for employees that aims to encourage everyone to strive to be fit while having fun!
