Be Creative: Don’t Plagiarize!

The 5th graders have been learning all about plagiarism – what it is and its consequences.

Plagiarism is a very serious offense that could get you into trouble at school. It is a form of cheating because it’s stealing  someone else’s ideas and thoughts. If you don’t want to receive a failing mark or worse be expelled from school, make sure to give the author credit for the information.

Here are videos made by some of our 5th graders using GoAnimate that could help you understand plagiarism better:

A Seussical Week That Was

“If you never did you should. These things are fun and fun is good.”

Dr. Seuss’ Day is one of the Library’s most anticipated events. It never really fails to put a smile on everyone’s faces! There is always a celebratory atmosphere all around the school.

And this year, we’ve done it again!
